1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after purchase. Custom, pre-order, or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Time:
Domestic orders (U.S.) typically arrive within 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
International orders may take 10–21 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — Neo Noir Studios is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Our products are made to order and created just for you. For that reason, we only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at farahneoteric@gmail.com.
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
If approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for approved returns due to product defects, order errors, or unavailable stock.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once we confirm eligibility.
We do not offer refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect size ordered
Items damaged after delivery
Digital product downloads (Soft Power Journal, video series, etc.)
All digital content purchases are final sale.
4. Exchanges
We offer replacements for defective or incorrect items only.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as most items begin production shortly after the order is placed.
